This year also, a 5-day program, has been tailored to offer the experience of the region, its tourist resources and facilities through a rich selection of educational tours, comprehensive of guided visits, hotels inspections and tasting.

During the event buyers will have the opportunity to choose and join several educational tours, so as to experience the many and varied tourism resources and products of the destination - including art, culture, music, food&wine, traditions, wellness, sun&beach, relax and entertainment - as well as to join special meetings to inspect the hotels and congress facilities of the region.

The heart of the event is the exchange, which will take place in Bologna on Wednesday 18th April.

The Program

The event will take place from 15th to the 19th April. However, each operator can choose to join it from the beginning until the end, or to participate just on some days or even to attend only the workshop on Wednesday. After receiving your registration form we will send you the detailed program of each educational tour so that you can choose the one/ones which best meet your needs and interest.

What is Included

The invitation to Buy Emilia Romagna 2012 includes:

• shuttle service from Bologna airport/railway station to your hotel in Bologna on the days of the event (this service will be available for all the operators arriving on 15th, 16th or 17th April and departing on 18th or 19st April;
• lodging in a 4* hotel during the days of your actual participation in the event;
• all the meals from the dinner of 15th April to the breakfast of 19th April included, provided you follow the program;
• participation in one or two educational tours of your choice including transports and entrance fees;
• participation in the workshop;
• information and promotional material

What is Not Included

The invitation to Buy Emilia Romagna 2012 does not include travel expenses to/from Bologna.

Registration is subject to confirmation by the Organization by February 15th 2012. After this date all registered participants will receive the program of the event and the detailed list of the educational tours.
